Todo Q v1.0.6 for Android

A few more minor fixes and enhancements in version 1.0.6.

• option to delete Location with last related Todo
• algorithm change to rebalance within categories
  example: {A2, A3, A5, B2, B4, C3, C5} rebalances to {A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,C1,C2}.
• location insert by name and address using google maps api lookup for gps info
  example:
  Mount Rushmore
  Hoover Dam
  101 Elm St. Dallas, TX, etc.
